HR Intern - Full Time

  Onsite   55/B Makola North Makola.   Full Time


As an HR Intern at Indra management and consultancy solutions (PVT) Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to various HR functions within the organization. This internship will provide you with exposure to different aspects of human resources, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Selection:
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.


• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist in preparing new hire welcome packages and onboarding materials.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Assist in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.


• HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Support in maintaining HR databases and generating reports as required.
- Assist in updating employee policies and procedures.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.


• Benefits and Compensation:
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Help in conducting research on market trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Support in analyzing and organizing compensation data.


• HR Projects:
- Assist with various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and policy development.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the implementation of new programs or initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports on key HR indicators.


Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
